About deckroom
deckroom is where people who make board games meet people who play them.
What it's for
A place to publish board games you made with AI and have everyone play them with one link. deckroom takes care of sign-in, rooms and keeping everyone's screen in sync, so makers only write the rules and the screen.
Who it's for
- People who want to make their own board games. You don't need to know much about programming. You can build it with AI.
- People who want to play with family and friends who live far away
- Teams looking for a team-building activity or an icebreaker for online meetings
When and how
- While you're on a call. Talking on Zoom, Google Meet or Discord? Paste the room link and start. Nothing to install.
- Whenever inspiration strikes. Think of a game you'd like to play, have AI write it, and publish it. Publishing is still being prepared (roadmap, in Japanese).
From the maker
I'd love for people to use online games for team building, for staying close to people who live far away, and for hanging out with friends.
But even more than that, I want a world where anyone who wants to make a board game can do it freely, with little time and money thanks to AI, and then have people play it. That's why I'm building deckroom.
So deckroom is both a place to play games and a way to publish the games you make with AI.
Make lots of games and publish them. Then let's all have fun playing together.
